Hi! I’m Helene Hofer, 16 years old, and I live in Linz, Austria. I’m currently in my second year at the HLW Kreuzschwesternschule – a school that combines general education with creativity and practical skills, which fits me perfectly.

One of the biggest parts of my life is dance. I started dancing when I was really young and instantly fell in love with it. Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to perform in competitions with my team and now I even study as an external student at the Anton Bruckner University in Linz. Being on stage and expressing myself through movement makes me feel free and alive.

But dance isn’t everything – just as important to me is spending time with my family. Whether we’re cooking together, going for walks, or just hanging out and talking about life, those moments ground me and make me feel at home. My family supports me in everything I do, and I’m super grateful for that.

I guess you could say I’m someone who’s always moving – whether it’s on the dance floor, at school, or just through life. And I’m excited to see where the next steps will take me!

Mein Hobby

I’ve been dancing for as long as I can remember. Even as a little kid, I loved spinning around the living room, trying out pirouettes (even if they were a bit wobbly back then), and dreaming of being on a big stage one day.

Over time, that dream started to come true. I got to be part of many competitions and perform with my team – every time was something special. The nerves before going on stage, the music, the lights, the energy – I was completely hooked.

Today, I’m an external student at the Bruckner University in Linz, where I get to take my passion to the next level, learn new things, and grow as a dancer. For me, dancing isn’t just a hobby – it’s a part of who I am. It helps me express myself, let go, and just be me.

And honestly? Life just wouldn’t be the same without it.
